ABOUT ME

I am an experienced sworn English translator, passionate about languages and culture. For years, I have combined academic knowledge with professional expertise to deliver high-quality translations across a wide range of specialised fields.

I am a certified English translator, officially registered under number TP/1124/05 on the Ministry of Justice's list of sworn translators. Full details of my registration can be found on the Ministry of Justice’s website.

As a highly experienced translator, I have been specialising in both written and oral translations for many years, focusing on key areas such as insurance, taxation, employment law, corporate law, marketing, advertising, logistics, and transport. My deep expertise, combined with a passion for the English language, ensures that every translation project is handled with precision, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.

I hold a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Silesia and a Master’s degree in English Philology from the University of Opole. Additionally, I have completed Postgraduate Studies in Translation at the University of Wrocław, further enhancing my qualifications and expertise in the field of translation.

Alongside my professional translation work, I am also an academic lecturer, where I deliver courses in general and specialised translation, business English, translation technologies, translation theory, and practical English language skills. I have authored numerous academic publications on translation and regularly supervise undergraduate theses in this area. My dual role as both a practitioner and an academic allows me to bring a rich, informed perspective to every translation I undertake.
